By using Kryon BOT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

4. Server Administrators

Server administrators are responsible for how Kryon BOT is configured and used within their Discord server.

Administrators are responsible for ensuring that the Bot is used in accordance with Discord's rules, applicable laws, and these Terms of Service.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Kryon BOT available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the Bot will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The Bot may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our control.

Live service status is published at status.kryonbot.eu.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to remove Kryon BOT from any Discord server or terminate access to the Bot at any time, with or without prior notice, including when these Terms are violated.

We may also restrict or terminate access if necessary to protect the Bot, its users, or our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kryon BOT is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Kryon BOT, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.

When changes are made, the Last updated date will be updated accordingly.

Continued use of Kryon BOT after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by applicable law.

9. Discord

Kryon BOT is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.

Your use of Discord and Kryon BOT must comply with Discord's applicable Terms of Service and policies.
